DoD-cleared security and communications professional currently serving as a federal Supervisory Security Guard with the Department of the Army, and as a U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Radio Operator. My background spans physical security and access control, secure voice and data communications, and network infrastructure in controlled DoD environments.

In my federal role I supervise a security guard shift responsible for installation access control, physical security enforcement, and emergency response, including post assignments, scheduling, and shift training.

As a Radio Operator I operate and maintain L3Harris tactical communications systems across HF, VHF, UHF, and SATCOM networks, including multi-channel radios supporting both RF and IP-based traffic. That work covers network planning and integration, troubleshooting, spectrum management, and communications security (COMSEC) key handling and accountability.

I have also supported secure infrastructure projects on DoD installations, working with fiber-optic and Ethernet systems, structured cabling, and physical-layer installations, and serving as a cleared escort for uncleared personnel in restricted areas. Outside of work I build my technical skills in a home lab focused on Linux, networking, remote access, and security tooling.

I hold an active CompTIA Security+ certification, am currently studying for CompTIA A+, and am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University. I am working toward a career in cybersecurity, with a near-term interest in security operations and network defense roles.
